The Restaurant and its Mediterranean cuisine
You will enjoy a light and mediterranean cuisine, imagined & realized by Miguel Pereira, our young 26 years old Chef, passionate about his job, talented, inventive and respectful of Corsican culinary traditions.
You can choose one of the gastronomic menus or, simply, the tasty dishes from the “Hotel Bar menu” (sublime home made hamburgers, Caesar salad, fresh vegetables soup etc ....). Prices are as light as a summer breeze.
To maintain your privacy and serenity, and be attentive to everyone needs, the capacity of our restaurant is deliberately limited to 18 guests.
In winter, meals will be served in our indoor living room, surrounded by contemporary pieces of art. In the spring and summer, or whenever the sun honors us, we will serve on our covered terrace so that you may better enjoy enchanting sunsets, majestic views on the sea, the mountains and the desert of Agriates.
During winter, from November to March, our restaurant is open for dinner from Thursday to Sunday included, every evening except on Tuesdays during low season & every evening during high season.
