U Palazzu Serenu: restaurant
Light Mediterranean cuisine; simple, tasty and generous, prepared by a young and inventive chef, who also respects the traditions of Corsican cuisine.
The wine menu sets out to present the products of the Corsican vineyards in all their subtlety and richness, as well as wines from Italy, Spain, Portugal and the south of France.
To preserve its intimacy and to remain attentive to the desires of all its customers, the capacity of the restaurant is limited to 25 covers. In winter you are served in the drawing room and in the summer, when the sun is shining, you may dine on the covered terrace, where you can enjoy a majestic view of the Gulf of St. Florent and the Desert des Agriates.
